A Recovery Day Is Still a Training Day

Muscle isn't built in the session — it's built in the 48 hours after it, while the tissue repairs and the nervous system resets. Skip that window often enough and every number in your program stalls.

A recovery day isn't a day off the plan; it's a lighter entry on it. Ten minutes of mobility work, a short walk, and sleep protected like a training block — that's the whole prescription, and it's the one most members skip first.

If a lift has stopped moving for two weeks straight, the answer is rarely more volume. Talk to your coach about a deload before you talk about adding weight.
